HANASH creates experimental sound by combining instruments and genres from many parts of the world with electronic music. With adventurous synthesis and an expanding soundscape, the work seeks a harmonious meeting of tradition and the present.

Jo Seongil spent fourteen years, beginning in 1998, as a central vocalist in the minjung music group Kkotdaji and wrote songs such as "Hope," "Whistle," and "Fighter." After going solo in 2012, he settled in Seogwipo, Jeju, and has continued to release records that offer comfort in the midst of heavy realities.

Song Insang grew up between mountain villages and the seaside, carrying those early impressions of nature into his music. After teaching himself guitar and songwriting in middle school, he released the EP "물감" and has continued to write songs shaped by childhood memory, city life, and family collaboration.

Formed in 2013, Meridies is a solo project in which one musician performs most parts, including vocals, guitar, and bass.
