
Lim Jeongdeuk began music in the Ye Saga Rak singing group at Yeungnam University and has worked as a minjung singer since his 2011 debut. Performing at sites of labor struggle, anti-eviction resistance, and Sewol family protests, he writes, composes, and produces most of his own work, with "Salt Flower Tree" among his best-known songs.
